MIPA and Dr. Janiga are contracted as providers with most major health insurance plans. If you have any questions about your coverage, including the need for a referral from your primary physician, please check with your health insurance plan prior to your appointment with us. If you have been referred to MIPA by your primary care clinic, it is your responsibility to have the proper authorization for your appointment. Prolotherapy is not covered under most insurance plans.
